When completing data within the SPM Projects application, it is necessary to follow a structured data entry process.

Administrative Tasks
  1. Dataset Management at the beginning of each planning round
  2. Ongoing creation of User Access Rights
  3. Creation of Administration Reference Data
  4. Creation of Inflation Rates
  5. Configuration of Settings
Project Tasks
  1. Creation of Activity and Sub-activity Data
  2. Creation of Programme Data
  3. Creation of Projects Data
  4. Activity Scenario Creation
  5. Cost Allocation Development
  6. Growth Model Import
  7. Run DC Funding Calculations
  8. View Report Outputs

    The default scenario is created automatically when the first programme in a Sub-activity is created. The default scenario name can be changed but the scenario should not be deleted.
