Scenarios

A Scenario is a group of Programmes and Projects intended to deliver the specific service requirement of a related Sub-activity.

A Project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service defined by a specific set of deliverables.

A project involves the selection of specific components for maintenence or renewal activities, with a budget allocated to cover the cost of the project.

A series of Projects, combine to form a Programme.

A Programme is an integrated system of Projects, intended to meet a specific service or need, to deliver an overall change for the business.

• Using Scenarios it is possible to evaluate different Programme and Project combinations set up within the same Sub-activity.
• The 'scenario' caption can be modified in Global Application Settings.
• The maximum number of scenarios for each sub-activity is also set in Global Application Settings.
• Each Scenario will relate to a different planning option.
