The structure of the data in each dataset is as indicated above. An 'activity' (user defined name) is a collection of sub-activities. A 'sub-activity' (user defined name) is a collection of scenarios. A 'scenario' (user defined name) is a collection of programmes. A programme is a collection of projects.
The captions for Activity, Sub-activity and Scenario can be modified in Global Application Settings of the reference section in the Administration module.
When migrating from Projects V2.2 to the current version all Activities in V2.2 are placed at the Sub-activity level (as below). A new activity level is added on top with a default name, which can be changed to a more meaningful name when appropriate.
