Sub-activities

A Sub-activity describes a particular service or function delivered by the organisation.

Each Sub-activity can be defined by a series of Scenarios, where a Scenario is a group of Programmes and Projects intended to deliver the specific service requirement of the related Sub-activity.

A default Scenario exists to which all Programmes are automatically assigned.

The caption 'Sub-activity' can be modified in the Global Application Settings in the References Section of the Administration module.

When advancing through a series of screens, it is important that data changes are saved on each individual screen before progressing to the next.

 

Avoid using special characters, in particular ' and & when entering data descriptions.
