Configure Statement References

Statements References define the headings against which Consideration and Strategy statements can be entered. Statements can be initially entered at Sub-activity level and then refined at Programme and Project level.

Field

Description

part of

The higher level statement, below which this statement will be displayed.

 

For a top level statement, select non, top level statement.

 

The part of list will be dynamically updated as each new statement is saved.

sort order

An integer value to determine the order in which statements will be displayed.

 

Mandatory field.

 

The sort order will be restarted within each main heading.

Options will be either Considerations or Strategies.

The type of field will determine the field attributes and format.

Associated with a part of, non, top level statement.

 

 

A text only, heading statement.

 

 

Will be formatted as bold text.

Should be part of a higher level statement, normally a heading statement.

 

 

A heading as defined by the statement text will be displayed.

 

 

A drop down box that allows entry of degree levels will be displayed.

 

 

Degree selection options will be defined in Application Settings.

 

References Statement With Consideration no keywords

 

 

heading for free text with consideration

Should be part of a higher level statement, normally a heading statement.

 

 

A heading as defined by the statement text will be displayed.

 

 

A free text entry field will be displayed.

 

 

A drop down box that allows entry of degree levels will be displayed.

 

 

Degree selection options will be defined in Application Settings.

 

References Statement References with Consideration

 

 

heading for free text without consideration

Should be part of a higher level statement, normally a heading statement.

 

 

A heading as defined by the statement text will be displayed.

 

 

A free text entry field will be displayed.

 

 

A degree field will not be displayed.

 

Statement References without Consideration

 

 

sub item

Further defines a higher level statement.

 

 

Cannot be part of a non, top level statement.

 

 

Should be part of a higher level statement statement.

 

 

Will be formatted with bullet points

statement

The text associated with this statement.

 

Mandatory field

sub statement

Text to further define the main statement.

 

The sub statement will display beneath the main statement.

 

Will not display for a statement type of sub item.

 

Will be formatted in italics.

keywords

Not available for type heading or sub item.

 

This functionality is not yet fully available. Keyword searching is not available.

 

Enter the keywords to be displayed on the the Considerations or Strategies screen.

 

All previously entered keywords will be available for selection from the drop-down list below the keywords field.

Tick, if additional keywords can be selected from an add drop-down list when the Considerations or Strategies screen is under completion.

 

This list will display all keywords that have been entered in the Statement References set-up.

 

Statement References Keyword Options

A further description of the main statement and sub statement.

 

Will only display for statements of type heading

 

Will be formatted as standard, arial text.

reference

name, type, author, date can be defined for information only.

 

Date format should be entered as DD/MM/YY
