In order that appropriate decision making deliberations can be verified, it should be demonstrated and documented that consideration has been applied to specific legislative requirements and to any other matters appropriate to the implementation of Capital Works Plans.

Consideration statements must be user defined within the References section of the Administration module before they will be displayed on this screen.
Consideration statements should be refined as an Sub-activity progresses through to Programme then to Project levels.
For each Sub-activity where it has been determined that a Development Contribution will be a source of funding, the Sub-activity manager should ensure that consideration is given to other matters, including:
