Data items used throughout SPM Applications are set up within References. If some options are not visible to some users it may be because this user doesn't have the appropriate access right, which was setup by the software administrator.

When dealing with the items in the Reference section it is important to understand that modification or deletion of data may have an impact on records that have already been entered in the application |

Once Reference data set up has been completed, it should be modified with care, and can only be modified by a user with appropriate security rights. |
