Configure Attributes References

Once saved, user defined fields will be displayed in the Attributes screen assigned to either Sub-activities, Programmes or Projects.

Attributes screen can be configured to collect additional information, and may replicate existing hard-copy forms.

To view/edit all existing attributes

1. Click Attribute Reference in the reference tree

   All attributes for Sub-activity, Programme and Project will be displayed on the right

2. Click edit at the end of the required attribute

   The selected attribute information screen is displayed

   

3. Modify attribute information and click save button

To view/edit attributes at a single level

1. Click sub-activity, programme or project under the Attribute Reference

   Attributes for the selected level will be displayed on the right

   

2. Click edit at the end of the required attribute

   The selected attribute information screen is displayed

3. Modify attribute information and click save button

To create a new attribute

1. Click Attribute Reference or sub-activity/programme/project in the reference tree

   

2. Choose set from the dropdown list, enter order number and the attribute name
3. Click save all button

Or Alternatively

1. Click an existing attribute in the reference tree

   The attribute information screen will be displayed on the right

2. Click add new button at the bottom
3. Fill in the mandatory information for the new attribute
4. Click save button

To delete an attribute reference

1. Click Attribute Reference or sub-activity/programme/project in the reference tree

   A list of existing attribute references will be displayed

   

2. Tick the del box at the end of the required attribute
3. Click delete ticked button

Or Alternatively

1. Click an existing attribute in the reference tree

   The attribute information screen will be displayed on the right

2. Click delete button at the bottom

   A confirmation prompt will be displayed

3. Click delete button to confirm deletion
