Project Considerations Screen

In order that appropriate decision making deliberations can be verified, it should be demonstrated and documented that consideration has been applied to specific legislative requirements and to any other matters appropriate to the implementation of Capital Works Plans.

These might include:

Consideration statements must be user defined within the References section of the Administration module before they will be displayed on this screen.

Consideration statements should be refined as an Sub-activity progresses through to Programme then to Project levels.

Consideration details entered at Sub-activity and Programme level will be displayed as information on the Project Considerations screen.

A label that describes this specific consideration.

level

The level the consideration statement relates to.

degree

The relationship of this response to the specific consideration statement.

 

Selected from a list defined by the application Administrator within Application Settings.

contribution

Describes the deliberation applied to this consideration item.

reference

References to documentation that supplement and support the consideration statement. Full path required if it is a link to a documentation. Reference link is clickable at the lower level.

ms word

Considerations information can be displayed and printed in Microsoft Word format.

pdf

Considerations information can be displayed and printed in PDF format.
