If the user is not able to determine which method to use, then the 3 selection questions should be answered which will allow the system to determine the most appropriate method to use according the answers provided. For project which has no specific cost allocation, and assign project outcomes to funding sources. |
Method 1 |
For project which distributes the costs between the outcomes either by the stand alone $ ratios or by the % entered. It does not permit a selection of 'development contribution' as the funding source or any identified third party funding source. Please consult SPM consultants before using this method. |
Method 2 |
For project which has a portion of project outcomes relate to Renewal and the other portion of project outcomes relate to Growth. |
Method 3 |
For project which has detailed cost allocation and share project outcomes between Renewal, Backlog and Growth. |
Method 4 |
For project which has highly detailed cost allocation and recognises the impact of transitional excess capacity to share project outcomes between Renewal, Backlog and Growth. |
