Edit, Add, Delete Programme

Display existing Programmes using any of the standard navigation methods below:

• Selection of PROGRAMMES from the Navigation Menu
• Drill through Selection Categories
• Searching for a specific Programme

  

To Edit an Existing Programme

1. Click an existing Programme from the Selection List at the top of the screen.
   • If ACTIVITY is displayed at the top of the Navigation Menu, Programmes for all Activities/Sub-activities will be displayed

     The word ACTIVITY in the Navigation Menu will be replaced by the name of the Activity/Sub-activity associated with the selected Programme.

   • If a Activity/Sub-activity is selected before a Programme is selected, Programmes associated with only that Sub-activity will be displayed

     Programme details will be displayed in the tabs in the lower part of the screen.

2. Modify existing Programme details
3. Click the save button at the bottom of the screen

To Add a New Programme

Activities, Sub-activities must be created before new Programmes can be added.

1. Click the add new button at the bottom of the Programme Information screen

   With the exception of the Activity/Sub-activity and Scenario fields a blank screen will appear.

   The Activity/Sub-activity field value will default to the Activity/Sub-activity displayed at the top of the Navigation Menu.

   A default ID of new will be displayed.

2. Enter new Programme details in the Information screen
3. Click the save button at the bottom of the screen
4. Complete the Programme details by clicking the tabs to display additional screens

To Delete a Programme

1. Click an existing Programme from the list at the top of the screen

   Programme details will be displayed in the tabs in the lower part of the screen.

2. Click the delete button at the bottom of the screen
3. Confirm deletion, by selection of OK from the pop-up dialogue box

   Care must be taken when deleting Programmes as related Projects will also be deleted.

   

   A Project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service defined by a specific set of deliverables.

   A project involves the selection of specific components for maintenence or renewal activities, with a budget allocated to cover the cost of the project.

   A series of Projects, combine to form a Programme.
