Programme Information Screen

The Information screen displays general details about the selected Programme.

Field	Description
activity/sub-activity	The Activity and Sub-activity to which this Programme is associated with. A Sub-activity is a specific maintenance or renewal category under which Programmes and Projects can be defined e.g stormwater. A Sub-activity comprises a set of related Programmes which collectively deliver an overall change for the business.
scenario	The scenario the programme associated with.
code	Mandatory field that identifies the Programme in conjunction with the Name field.
name	Mandatory field that identifies the Programme in conjunction with the Code field.
owner	The owner of the Programme.
level of service description	A description of the Level of Service expected from this Programme outcome. An agreed upon measurement of the amount of service an organisation is expected to supply to its customers. For example, a local body government may agree to provide 50 square meters of library space per 1000 people in their area. Levels of service defines the need for, and extent of, the projects that are identified and recorded. It is important that the levels of service are clearly defined in a manner that relates to the capacity of the infrastructure to deliver the service.
