Navigation Menu

Navigation of SPM Projects is managed using the Menu situated on the left hand side of the screen.

Sub-activities, Programmes, Projects or Cost Allocation
  1. Click one of the menu options, PROGRAMMES or PROJECTS.

    A further sub menu of options will be displayed.

    Clicking the select sub item will display the Selection Categories boxes.

    A divided screen will also be displayed.

  2. Click to select the required item from the Selection List displayed at the top of the screen.

    Item details will be displayed in the series of tabs at the bottom of the screen.

    Each sub menu item relates to one tab option.

    The selection list can be hidden by clicking hide at the bottom right hand corner of the list.

    The list can be re-displayed by selection of list.

    As Sub-activities, Programmes and Projects are selected, the current combination will be displayed above the Selection List.

     

  3. Click on either a tab or a sub menu item to display related information.
Reports, Administration
  1. Click one of the menu options REPORTS or ADMINISTRATION.

    A further sub menu of options will be displayed.

  2. Select one of the sub menu items to display related details.

    Note: to hide the sub menu again, move the mouse to the left of the navigation menu.
