Users

To create a new user

  1. Click Users in the admin tree

    An add user screen will be displayed on the right

  2. Enter user information (Name, Username and Password are mandatory fields)
  3. Click save user button

    A activity assignment screen will be displayed under the add user screen

  4. Choose from the available activities, click the -> button to select
  5. Click update activities button

To edit an existing user

  1. Click the + sign in from of Users in the admin tree

    A list of all users will be displayed under Users in the tree

    Users 3

  2. Click the user required
  3. Modify the user information, then click save user button; or modify the activity assignment, then click update activities button

To delete an existing user

  1. Click the + sign in from of Users in the admin tree

    A list of all users will be displayed under Users in the tree

  2. Click the user required
  3. Click delete user button
