Field	Description

included	Whether the Sub-activity is included in this calculations run.
activity/sub-activity	The activity/sub-activity combinations
projects included/total	The Projects included in the calculations/the total number of Projects for this Scenario combination. A Project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service defined by a specific set of deliverables. A project involves the selection of specific components for maintenence or renewal activities, with a budget allocated to cover the cost of the project. A series of Projects, combine to form a Programme.
Collection of DC Charges
DC Charge Year	Date defined by the DC Charge Date specified in the Global Settings screen.
period	Period over which the DC Charges are to be collected
maximum	Determines the maximum expected percentage of Development Contribution collection. Development Contributions (DCs) are all about money. They are a source of income for council to fund capital works that are necessary to continue to supply the community with a level of service. DCs are a means of fairly charging the additional costs of growth projects, to those who create the need for growth.
	Used in Cash Flow analysis calculations.

growth rate collection steps
collection year 1,2,3,4,5	percentage of growth rate to be collected each year.
	The yearly percentages must total to 100%
	Used in Cash Flow analysis calculations.

Condition of using 'growth rate collection steps' - when there is an anticipated potential of a lag in the collection of growth rate. For example, if the growth model predicts there are 120 units of growth to be collected but only 50% of it can be collected in the first year in reality, then the collection steps can be used to display this lag. Each growth rate will be fully collected over a 5 year period.
